making every moment count

wow….my therapy cycle is finally over and i can proudly say, it’s one of the best cycle i’ve ever had…so much i’ve learnt! and just realised they are so many things i dont know or have forgotten…well, it’s time for revising!!!

tonight, we are celebrating Kelvin’s birthday…so, I’m making…’stuffed pepper’…ok, i don’t know what it’s called but i just had this idea after watching lots of Jamie Oliver.

Did i ever post about how much I love his cookings? it’s simple and yummy! haha..but never had a chance to copy down the instructions…so, just had a bit and pieces of what is cooking…aha..

i found this site…Food Story. seriously, it has lots of simple and really nice recipes! can try them out sometimes when u’re all free! it makes cooking so much simplier!

next week, we’ll be having ENT cycle! last semester, we had lots of fun…here, here and here! this will be the second semester which means studying of diseases of the ENT…and final exam at the end of semester! yea…cant say i’m not looking forward to it! aha…it’s definately challenging!
